Alexandre Herchcovitch S/S 2011
Brazilian based designer Alexandre Herchovitch launched his collection in 2004 and has continued to create colourfully imaginative and eclectic collections ever since, making him a forerunner in Brazilian fashion.
Alexandre's Spring/Summer 2011 Collection caught my attention with it's bold use of colour & weaving techniques combined with an avant-garde twist, all of which was refreshing to see against the repetitive neutral tones of many other Spring/Summer 2011 shows. I really love the choice of chunky contrasting platforms to bring the collection up to date and round off the Japanese styled tailoring.
Now all we need is a Summer...
